Launching in The Loop this summer at hospitality collective 16” On Center’s (Saint Lou’s Assembly, MONEYGUN, Dusek’s, Thalia Hall, Empty Bottle and more) Revival Food Hall, Graze Kitchenette is a new concept from two longtime industry friends: award-winning chef Sarah Jordan (Johnny’s Grill, GT Fish & Oyster, BOKA, Cicchetti) and front-of-house industry vet and Kendall College alum Mason Edelson (Lettuce Entertain You, GT Fish & Oyster). Just as Graze brings together the duo’s complementary skills, the chef-driven, quick-service food stall will serve “Burgers & Bowls”, dishes from opposite ends of the food spectrum. The better-for-you burger will have grass-fed, antibiotic-free, non-GMO beef served on a brioche bun with a la carte toppings. Satisfying smoothie bowls blend a range of fruits and superfoods. Chef-crafted egg sandwiches will also be available all day. Ingredients and products will be sourced from quality vendors, and the drink menu includes a seasonal craft beer, La Colombe cold-brew bottles, and SPIRIT sparkling iced tea.
